THE COOKE & WILSON COMPANY, of Charleston, W. Va., has been incorporated with a capital stock of $50,000, to deal in electrical supplies and will operate as manufacturer's agents. The officers of the company are: A. S. Cooke, president; W. J. Wilson, treasurer; and O. F. Scholz, manager.
