Several improvements will be made in the near future at the Findlay, O., works of the Bell Pottery Co. The Bell people have up to this time operated only four kilns at Findlay, but it is the intention to erect at once both a sagger kiln and a frit kiln also, to accommodate the requirements in this line. The Bell people are going to erect a large new pottery at Columbus, O., in the near future, and ground has already been broken for the purpose. It is the intention of the concern to operate both the plant at Findlay and the one at Columbus also, although it is probable that a portion of the plant at Findlay will be devoted to the manufacture of electrical porcelain, which the company has been making as a side line for some time past.
