The Derry China Co. has been incorporated to do business at Derry Station, Pa., with a capital stock of $200,00. The officers of the concern are Patrick Ridge, president; Joseph Keeling, treasurer, and W. J. Harvey, formerly with the Shenango Chian Co., of New Castle, Pa., secretary and general manager. Contracts for the equipment have been let and the work will be pushed rapidly.

Joseph Cooke, formerly president of the Akron (O.) Pottery Co., has sold his interests in that company and it is rumored that he will devote his time to remodeling the old Diamond plant which he is said to have purchased.
