MR. FOREE BAIN has just returned from St. Louis, where he has been for the past few days designing the electric fountain and also the electric kaleidoscope and cataract for the forthcoming exposition there. He has now gone to Iowa on a short trip to start up his new 100 horse-power generator in the coal mines there.
