A NEW "CROSSING" CLEAT.

The crossing cleat shown here has been brought out by the Electrical Supply Co., of Chicago, to answer the call for a device which shall not be cumbersome and yet permit the crossing of wires safely and conveniently. This cleat seems to fill the whole bill, and is unique in this respect at least, that it is no larger than the regular working cleat. It is necessarily more carefully made than the ordinary cleat, and will doubtless find favor with those requiring neat construction.
