The Hemingray bottle works, and the Over window glass factory, at Muncie, Ind., which were destroyed by fire June 18th, will be rebuilt immediately. The stock of window glass destroyed was valued at $60,000; and bottle stock amounting to about $20,000 was destroyed at the Hemingray works. The fire is said to have been caused by a spark from a locomotive setting fire to a car load of packing straw. Muncie is a gas town without a water supply.
