Mr. H. L. Patterson has resigned as chief engineer and general superintendent of light and power of the Mahonig & Shenango Railway & Light Company, Youngstown, Ohio, to engage in the manufacture of porcelain insulators with the Pennsylvania China Company, Kittaning, Pa., of which he has been appointed general manager.
