The regular monthly meeting of the American Flint and Lime Glass Manufacturers' Association was held in room 50, Astor House, on February 8. The following firms were represented in person and several others by proxy: Gillinder & Sons, James J. Murray & Co., F. Hormann & Son, Philadelphia; Dorflinger & Co., United States Glass Co., Charles Brox, Hemingray Glass Co., Hibbler & Co., E. P. Gleason Mfg. Co., and Mt. Washington Glass Co. Mr. Ripley presided. The only business transacted of any interest was the decision to hold the meetings every two months in future instead of every month as at present.
