Midwest Industrial Gas Sales Council to inspect Owens-Illinois plant in Muncie

To Meet ul Muncie

The next meeting of the Midwest Industrial Gas Sales Council will be held at the Hotel Roberts, Muncie, Ind., Friday, April 30. The meeting will open at 10 o'clock with a short address of welcome by the incoming president of the Indiana Gas Association. Frank T. Rainey of the Ohio Fuel Gas Co. will be the speaker of the day.

After lunch an inspection tour will be made of several industrial plants. Among those visited will be: Owens-Illinois Glass Co. to see the manufacture of the new glass building block; a part of Ball Bothers; Chevrolet's transmission division, and the Delco-Remey Battery Co. In all of these plants natural gas is the fuel in use.
