COVINGTON.

A LAD named McBreen, who resides at the corner of Second and Russell streets, fell from a second-story window of Hemingray & Co.'s glass-works, at the foot of Madison street about 3 o'clock on Monday afternoon, and was very severely, if not dangerously, injured.
