Glass Factory — Owens-Illinois Glass Co., 965 Well St., Toledo, O. plans to construct an addition to its factory at east 12th St. and Macedonia Ave., Muncie, Ind., for the manufacture of glass brick, a new product. Maturity indefinite. Estimated cost $37,000.
