Victor, N. Y. — Fred. M. Locke claims to have discovered a process for making porcelain, which can be made as clear as cut glass, or tinted, as desired. T he new porcelain is said to have a great tensile strength, and to withstand extreme temperature in the most remarkable manner. When heated to 212 degrees it is claimed that it can be plunged into ice-cold water without cracking.
