An English reader of this journal sent for prices and catalogue on Hemingray insulators, addressing the letter as follows: Hemingray Glass Company, Covington, Ky., Muncie, India. The letter was mailed from Birmlngham, Eng., on June 10, and finally reached its destination in Covington, Ky., on August 5, after a circuitous trip through the Orient. The envelope is literally covered with foreign postmarks.
