Articles of association have been filed in the County Clerk's Office by "the Leonard Glass Works." The amount of capital stock of the concern is $50,000, divided iuto 2,000 stares of $25 each. Of this $25,000 is given as paid in, The names of stockholders and amount held are as follows: Charles C. Bowen, 360 shares; H. Kirke White, 360 shares; John J.Duryea, sixty-two shares; Everett A. Leonard, twenty-five shares; William I. Ely, 207 shares. These five are the board of directors.
