THE NATIONAL INSULATOR COMPANY, Wellsburg, W. Va., has been incorporated with a capital of $600,000 to take over the plant of the Riverside Glass Company, and to equip the same for manufacturing glass insulators. The incorporators of the Company are W. F. Baird, J. E. Inman, C. F. Louthaime and others, of Pittsburg, Pa.
