The Royal Electrical Supply Company, of 239 Water street, New York City, manufacture a practical form of glass floor insulator. The objection to most forms of these insulators is that they are too short and that the flange is too flat on the floor, thus allowing water to run down along the wire. This insulator has none of these objections.
