MISCELLANEOUS NOTES.

Double-Petticoat Insulators. — A bill in equity was filed at Boston, Dec. 18, in the United States Circuit Court, by the American Insulator Company for injunction to restrain the Electrical Glass Corporation from making double-petticoat insulators, as being an infringement of patents held by the plaintiff.
