Locke introduces catalog No. 9

The 1907 edition of "The Insulator Book," known as Catalog No. 9, has just been issued by the Locke Insulator Manufacturing Co., of Victor, N. Y. This book also illustrates and describes their high potential glass insulators as well, and also their brackets, cross arm braces and insulator pins, all of which have become standard in high potential transmission practice.
