The Lima Insulator Co., of Lima, N. Y., is a new concern now erecting a plant there for the manufacture of porcelain high-potential insulators. W. D. Newton, formerly secretary and treasurer of the Locke Insulator Manufacturing Co., of Victor, N. Y., is president of the new company, and M. H. Burke, formerly superintendent of the Locke plant, is secretary and treasurer.
