Fred N. Dundas, executive vice-president of the Dominion Glass Co., Ltd., Montreal, is elected president of the Glass Container Manufacturers Institute at semi-annual meeting held in White Sulphur Springs, W. Va. Meeting reflects spirit of optimism for year ahead.

Thomas W. Bassett, president and general manager of the Dominion Glass Company, Ltd., Canada, dies. He had been connected with the glass company for some 50 years.
