Dinner, Open House

To celebrate Occasion

Schoolday sweethearts when The Point was a residential community, Mr. and Mrs. William OH. Hemingray, of Carrick, will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary tomorrow.

Mr. Hemingray, a retired employe of Carnegie-Illinois Steel Corp., was born at the Point. He met Mary Gertrude Clair when his family moved to The Bluff. They were married Sept. 8, 1897 at the old cathedral.

A family dinner today will open the celebration. Guests will in­clude their son, Robert J. Hemin­gray, assistant manager of the Ho­tel Pittsburgher; their daughter, Mrs. William L. Thomson, and their two grandchildren.

Tomorrow evening they’ll hold open house at their home, 43 Car­rick Ave.
