LOCKE INSULATOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY, Victor, N. Y., reports the following recent installations of Victor insulators on high potential lines: No. 329 insulators by the Guanajuato Power & Electric Light Co., Mexico, on steel towers and all iron cross-arms, 60,000 volts potential; No. 329 insulators by the Washington Water Power Co., Spokane, Wash.; Nos. 29 and 31 insulators by the Pueblo & Suburban Traction & Lighting Co., Pueblo, Colo.
