THE AKRON HIGH POTENTIAL PORCELAIN COMPANY, of Akron, Ohio, has been incorporated with temporary capital stock of $1,000. The company, when organized, will have paid-in capital stock of $100,000. The incorporators are: M. Otis Hower, George H. Kile, Samuel Kile, A. L. Dyke and H. E. Andress. The company will manufacture high tension and other insulators. The company has purchased the old pottery plant at Barberton, which is being equipped for its work. It is expected that the plant will be started within 30 days. A. L. Dyke will be superintendent of the company.
