PERU, IND. -- Peru Electric Manufacturing Company, which has been managed by Charles G. Barton, has been sold to Frank Moeck, of Peru, by C. H. Brownell and the Citizen's National Bank. The latter parties purchased the business at a receiver's sale several years ago. The purchase price has been withheld.
