THE R. THOMAS & SONS COMPANY, East Liverpool, Ohio, announced that the suit against F. M. Locke for infringement of J. W. Boch's patent No. 600,475 for glazed filed porcelain insulators has been decided in its favor, and a decree for injunction against Mr. Locke has been granted.

FRED M. LOCKE, Victory, N. Y., announces that his insulator manufacturing plant, which was nearly destroyed by fire on January 5, is now in course of reconstruction, and that he will be in a position to fill orders promptly on March 1. When the factory has been rebuilt, its facilities will be much superior to those of the old factory. Mr. Locke has on hand a stock of various sizes of porcelain insulators, from which small orders can be filed pending the completion of the new factory.
