HIGH VOLTAGE INSULATORS.
In the descriptive account of a new type of high-voltage insulator, on page 178 of April issue, the following paragraph was omitted by the printer.
The insulators being made of a high-grade porcelain body, thoroughly vitrified, and with the glazing as described above, reduce the danger of a breakdown through puncturing between the conductor and iron pin to a minimum. This type of insulators is manufactured by the R. Thomas & Sons Company, East Liverpool, Ohio, under the "Boch" Patent No. 600,475, issued March 8, 1898.
