C. C. Davidson, Willis Davidson, Sarah Davidson and Wm. Gillis, of East Liverpool, Ohio, have been granted a charter by the state of West Virginia under the name of the Davidson Porcelain Company, with a capital stock of $100,000. The newly formed company is now having erected a three kiln plant near the west end of the city. The plant will employ about 75 operatives.
