ILLINOIS ELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPANY, of Macomb, Ill., has been incorporated with a capital stock of $20,000 to manufacture and deal in electric porcelain and in materials for making pottery. The incorporators are: Charles W. Kettron, C. M. Erwin and W. C. Sutton.
