Broken Gas Main at Ball Bros.

MUNCIE, IND., March 20.      There is no noticeable change in the glass trade here since my last writing.

I have been told by those who are in a position to know that Ball Bros. will be unable to fill their orders for jars. Numerous cars leave the plant daily.

The entire plant at Ball Bros. is idle owing to the gas main bursting. It is supposed they will resume Wednesday morning.

"Denver" Smith and George Fizell, formerly of Frankton, have secured "berths" at Ball Bros.      David Gordon, who has worked at Hemingray's, will leave for Toledo, O., this morning.      FACTS.
