Westinghouse High Voltage Insulator Co. is the name under which the business of the Pittsburg High Voltage Insulator Co. will be carried on in the future. The change in name, which was made by vote of the company's stockholders, does not affect the management of the company or its method of conducting business, which will be carried on as it has in the past.
