Hon. Claude Matthews, the Vermillion county farmer, and Democratic candidate for Secretary of State, is a brother-in law of Ralph Hemingray, of this city, who is a partner in the Hemingray glass works. Mr. Matthews will be with us Oct. 25th and make a speech at Galliher's grove near the glass works.
