The Imperial Porcelain Co., of Trenton, N. J., has organized a subsidiary company, to be known as the Newton [sic] Newtown (Pa.) Porcelain Works, and has acquired the plant formerly operated by the Newton [sic] Newtown (Pa.) China Co. Electrical porcelain specialties will be manufactured by the new organization and the newly acquired factory operated as an auxiliary to the main plant at Trenton. Frederick A. Duggan is president of the Imperial company.
