Articles of incorporation of the Lapp Insulator Company of LeRoy were filed in the county clerk’s office in Batavia Friday. The capital authorized is $150,000 divided into shares of $100 each. Director’s for the first year are H.M, Muller of Pittsburgh, Pa. John S. Lapp of Victor, Harlan W. Rippey and Samuel Levy of Rochester and John B, Abbott of Geneseo. Mr. Rippey subscribed to 24 shares. Mr. Levy 15 shares and Mr. Abbott one share. The company is authorized to begin business with $5000. – Batavia News
