undersigned is dissolved after this date, A.D. Baker

having disposed of his entire interest and good-will in the

business at the CALIFORNIA PICKLE WAREHOUSE,

to F. Cutting, who will continue the same under the firm

name and style (Baker & Cutting) as before.
