PERSONAL MENTION.

Alfred Meacham's new title is Deputy Revenue Collector for the District of Eastern Kentucky and Western Tennessee. The popular Muncie flint will get $4 per diem and rustle up moonshine stills. He has had to leave for his field of duty, so will miss the convention.
