YOUNG HAWLEY RECOVERING.

Moscoe Will Only Have to Answer to

Assault and Battery.

Charles Hawley, the boy who was struck in the head by a glass insulator at the Hemingray glass factory last week, is improving rapidly and it is thought that he will be able to be out by Tuesday. Yesterday the young man was able to sit up and began taking nourishment.

Dr. O. I. Reasoner states that the boy's mind will not be affected by the blow.

Clarence Moscoe, who was arrested, charged with the crime, is out on $1,000 bond. The charge against him is only assault and battery and it is thought that if Hawley continues to improve as he has within the past few days it will not be changed to a more serious one.
