The creditors of James M. Rude, the glass and tinware manufacturer, of Covington, against whom several suits have been filed during the past few days, held a meeting on Monday August 21, at the office of Attorneys Simrall & Galvin, in Cincinnati, to arrange a settlement. About 95 per cent of the creditors were present. An estimate of the status of the concern presented at the meeting shows assets approximating $105,000, against debts of about $56,000, and it is confidently expected that all claims will be paid in full.
