SOCIAL DOINGS.


Thursday evening Miss Llewellyn Hemingray, at the home of R. E. Wal­ker, on East Washington street, entertained the Eleven club and friends. The evening was spent in progressive pedro, the prizes of the game being won by Miss Olcott, a cut-glass powder box with sterling silver top; Miss Ellis, a cut-glass vinaigrette; Mr. Wolfe, a sterling silver file, and John McNaughton, a sterling silver match box. After the game a delightful luncheon was served.

There were two guests from a dis­tance present, Miss Graham, of Madison, and Mr. Leonard, of Piqua, Ohio. The other guests were: Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Evans, Misses Cassady, Hickman Olcott, Reba Koons, Turner, Gill, Neely, Anthony, Winchester, McNaughton, Ellis, Kirby, Messrs. Harry Cates, Frank Gass, Thomas Ryan, Fred Geor­gia, C. E. Mavity, G. E. Wallace, Ed Darke, Harry Wolfe, Albert Richey, W. M. Myers, Arthur Cassady, John McNaughton and Walter McNaughton.
