Yesterday afternoon Miss Vida Cassady, one of Muncie's most charming young ladies, entertained a party of young ladies in honor of her cousin, Miss Ross, of Chattanooga, Tenn. The guest of honor is a delightful young lady and looked handsome in a gown of white organdie. Decorations added much to the scene. the dining room was in pink, and was decorated with ferns, roses and sweet peas. The other rooms were also beautifully arranged and flowers and ferns were used profusely. The lunch was delicious. Helen Smith, Eva Winchester, Edith Kirby, Carrol Hemingray and Clara Gill assisted, and Lillie and Myrtle Snyder and Esther Nutting tended door and the dining room. Other guests were Llwellen [sic] Llewellyn Hemingray, Edna Streeter, Nadine Wilson, Agnes Howe, Isabelle Preston, Lynne Coffeen, Ida Jacobs, Etta Thompson, Louise Anthony, Helen Hickman, Grace Johnson, Miss Counley of Indianapolis, Miss Brazier of Anderson, Emma and Miriam Case, Marian Wood, Nettie Wood, Grace Gayman, Sarah Kirby, Ethel Dowell, Erna Eiler, Mrs. Armstead Klein, Alice Snell, Mildred Westlake, Winifred Smith, Lillian Mitchell, Clara and Reba Koons, Maud Culver, Louise Maddy, Katie Fay, Eleanor Lockwood, Miss Chapel, of Knightstown, Mable Hagedorn, Ada Cammack, Mrs. Grace Galliher, Martha Thomas, Mabelle Keuchman, Florence McNaughton, Fannie Turner, Eva Moore, Hallie Wachtell, Ola Gill, Bertha Smith, and Miss Finch, Joplin, Mo.
