A LOVELY PARTY.

A Very Select Ball Given by Mesdames

Cromwell and Heinsohn.

Last evening Mesdames George O. Cromwell and T. K Heinsohn gave a party ball in Bishop's hall, South Walnut street in honor of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Sprankle and their guests. Mesdames Cunnes, Avery and Bush.

Dancing began at 9 o’clock and did not finish until after midnight. Prof. Worthington furnished the delightful program and music, and Caterer Hummel served coffee and sandwiches.

The inclement weather prevented many from attending. The guests present were Messrs. and Mesdames J. R. Marsh, E. F. Tyler, William Kendall, R. S. Gregory, A. V. R. Patton, B. F. Bradbury, K. B. Conger of Akron, O., Mrs. Robert Hemingray and son Robin, Miss Nadine Wilson, and Messrs. P. R. Janney, O. H Raymond and Mr. Ganter.
