Last evening when Mayor Brady called the council to order ever member was in his seat except Driscoll, and the lobby comprised a few citizens who had congregated to express their wants, and have their kicks recorded.
City Clerk Elrod read the minutes to the last meeting and then all settled down to business.
The Delaware County Land Improvment [sic] Improvement presented to the council a plat of the Westside subdivision, asking them to accept the same. It was referred to the committee on streets and alleys.
A petition asking for the vacation of the alley between Hackley and Plum streets from Adams to Charles streets was referred to the committee on streets and alleys.
A. N. Shuttleworth asked for an extension of time on Delaware street. Granted.
Mock was granted more time on Heekin avenue.

City Attorney Warner stated that he had collected the bill given to him on the street car Company, which amounted to $63. All rejoiced and accepted the check with pleasure.
