Council opened last night with all members present except Moreland. The night’s work was opened by allowing Contractor’s Pacy, Jones and Mock more time on the various contracts they have on hands.
Mrs. M. James, P. A. B. Kennedy and Charles Cecil ask permission to grade and gravel the alley between Liberty and Council streets west of Howard. Granted.
Steps were taken to have Thad A. Neely construct his sidewalk on South High street.
