CAPT. FRANK BECK, JR., was introduced on 'Change to-day by Col. Daniel C. Hemingray, of Covington. He fortunately had credentials to Cons. Millar in his possession and a pound of ice, generously donated by Reese Dugan, of the Champion Ice Company, which were promptly accepted and the penitent admitted. — Cincinnati Times-Star.
