GEO CUTLER, a painter and Joe Harris, an employe in the Glass-works at Covington, were arrested last night for creating a disturbance at the beer garden of one Dischler, corner of Thirteenth and Madison streets. In the melee the proprietor was badly beaten. The assaulting parties were taken to the Covington Jail, but afterward were bailed out of custody.
