The United States Circuit and District Courts (April Term) for the Southern District of Ohio, convened in this city yesterday morning. Justice Swayne, having gone to Charleston to attend the raising of the National Flag ceremonies at Fort Sumter, Judge Leavett presided, and opened the Court.
