Mrs. Charles Rodgers, of East Second street, Covington, entertained with a handsome card party Friday, May 29, in honor of her daughters, Mrs. Overton Price and Mrs. Howell Snell. The fortunate contestants were: Mrs. John Gallagher, Cincinnati; Mrs. James Ernst, Mrs. Daniel Hemingray, Mrs. John G. Carlisle, Mrs. James Muir, Mrs. C. H. Maddox, of Newport, and Mrs. Alex. Raulston. A delightful menu was served and the prizes were elegant.
