Mr. Dexter presented the remonstrance of Daniel C. Hemingray, and 71 other citizens of Hamilton county, against the passage of of any bill excluding foreign corporations from doing a life insurance business in this State on the assessment plan.
Which was referred to the committee on Insurance.
