NOTICE TO CREDITORS.
TAKE NOTICE that we have applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, for the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, and the Court have appointed the first Monday of September next for the hearing of us and our creditors, at the Court House in Pittsburgh, when and where you may attend if you think proper.
