REMAINS TAKEN AWAY.


No Funeral Service Here Over Body of

Late Mrs. Hemingray.


The remains of Mrs. Ralph Hemingray, who died yesterday, were taken to Covington, Ky., this morning. No funeral services were held in this city, but services were conducted over the remains at the home of Mrs. Matthews, Mrs. Hemingray's mother, in Covington, at 4 o'clock this afternoon. The rites were conducted by a minister of the Presbyterian church. The remains were laid to rest in Highland cemetery new Covington.

Mr. F. R. Thrall, Mr. R. E. Evans, Dr. Harry R. Winans, Mr. R. E. Walker, Mr. William Patterson and Dr. A. K. Smith acted as pall-bearers escorting the remains from the Walker home to the station. Several friends of the family and a number of workmen from the Hemingray glass factory were at the station to pay their respects to the family. None other than relatives of the family accompanied the remains to Covington. Besides Mr. Ralph Hemingray and the two daughters, Misses Carrol and Lewellyn, Mr. Dan Hemingray and Mrs. Bradford Shinkle, of Covington, were in the funeral party.
