Lewis W. Doring Dead.

Lewis Doring died this morning at 5 o’clock at his home on east Willard street, aged 47 years. He has been em­ployed by the Hemingray Glass Co. ever since he was nine years old, and came to Muncie from Covington, Ky., when that factory located here. A short fu­neral service will be held at the residence Friday morning at 7:30 o'clock and will be attended by local union No. 23, flint glass workers in a body. The remains will be taken to Covington on the train leaving at 9:45 a. m. Rev. J. H. Schenck of the Calvary Baptist church will conduct the service.
